- PRINT A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION FOR YOUR RECORDS. Immediately before submitting each application, print a copy of it. Then print a copy of the confirmation of submission and payment of application fee.
- OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT. Unless you know with absolute certainty that your Guidance Office has already sent off your official transcript, remind your counselor of the looming deadline date.

Official Transcripts are sent digitally from one institution to another in the US. There is a system in place. It should only take a few days through an online application/payment. It will take longer if you graduated before they started digitizing by default. In my case, it added about a week to the process.
