Jan 10, 2020 · Save On Foods opened in Langley in the mid 1980s. It was a huge grocery store, low prices, and always packed with customers. In Cloverdale all we had was an expensive Safeway. Many residents already shopped in Langley, and now Save On Foods became the place to shop. Save-On was the first store to have bulk food bins.
