My old high school keeps an archive of all yearbooks back to the 1920s so I can always see them again. I'd only miss the signatures of "see you next year" written 100s of times. I'd personally keep them. They are like a diary, something that you can't get rid of and will look back on when you get old. Try to find some other things on your bookshelf you can get rid of instead. You can always buy another copy of any other book or a digital copy. You can't do that with your yearbook.
