Aug 29, 2023 · the brothers: sibling relationships are truly some of my favorites to read about. the dynamic is so unique. sometimes they want to kill each other. but it’s apparent they would also kill for each other. if they were needed, they would drop anything and everything just to be there. the hawthorne brothers are no exception. they mock and tease, but they protect and love with a fierce intensity.

Oct 27, 2023 · (Xander is my favorite by far – I *need* a Xander-focused story!) The ending of both stories was great, and the next book is set up nicely at the very end. Fans of The Inheritance Games should absolutely pick this up to continue the story of these characters. Rating: ♥♥♥♥* *♥♥♥♥ – Great! Might re-read.

For now, I will tease that there is a brand new Hawthorne-centric mystery, plus my all-time favorite “game” (full of some of my trickiest puzzles and riddles!).
