  3. is a beautiful, massive urban playground in Winnipeg that truly stretches the definition of "park" by a lot. It's a place with an interactive zoo, huge forests, a historic pavilion, hundreds of acres of landscaped gardens, sculpture gardens, a mini railroad, and an outdoor theater.

  4. Assiniboine Park is a very large park with seemingly something for everyone. Our visit, in mid-September, was limited to the English Garden and the Leo Moi Sculpture Garden. The English Gardens were beautiful, even so late in the season.
