We are open 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm. Last orders in the Chocolate Lounge are at 4:30pm, last Tasting Flight 3:45pm. We close an hour earlier from 8 January to 15 March. To contact us or for directions click here.
If you would like a guaranteed table in the Chocolate Lounge, booking is essential. Walk-ins are welcome, but we may not have a table for you. If you only wish to visit the Chocolate Shop, Exhibition and Gift Shop, it is not necessary to book. We have a private car park at the rear of the building. It cannot accommodate campervans or buses, but they are welcome to park on the main road in front of the shop or in Lageonan Road car park (next left, 2 minute walk).
There is easy wheelchair access from the car park into the building. A disabled toilet is located in the Chocolate Lounge on the same level as the car park.
