Keep the Wand of Frost for a quest that you can do after you return to Athkatla but leave the ring where it is because it is cursed.

Oct 8, 2024 · Enable trap detection at the end of the passage and remove the floor trap from the footbridge in the room beyond. Go through the door to view a brief scene of an Assassin being killed by a floor trap. There is a Duergar in the centre of the room whom you will want to kill with missile fire before tackling the traps.
