Sep 21, 2017 · But God being behind Moses and his power doesn’t mean that Moses didn’t use Magick. There are several times that Moses performed ‘miracles’ (the result of magick) without Gods help or instructions.
Thus, while literarily the stories in Exodus conveyed to the Israelites a theological polemic in Yahweh’s defeat over Egyptian magic and belief, they were also not without meaning for the Egyptians, who perceived in Yahweh’s wonders a signi ̃cance within the context of their own belief system.
