Sleepers (1996) was just a great movie in every way. It wasn't the most family friendly but damn, it was riveting. Put together a great story that brings you right in from the beginning and a great cast (Robert De Niro, Dustin Hoffman, Kevin Bacon, Brad Pitt as some of the big names) and it's a great recipe for entertainment.
The victory they had against the guards was bittersweet. Because two of them were so damaged from what happened, their lives ended shortly after the end of the film anyways. Did love Kevin Bacon in the movie, man call pull off a sleazeball so well. Also loved Dustin Hoffman. When you think about it, this movie was pretty packed with big names.
