The first file is an Excel spreadsheet that you can digitally enter your vacation information on. It is a full weekly planner and it will allow you to see your entire week’s plans all in one sheet: Disney Weekly Planner Spreadsheet. Following are some printables that you can print out as many times as you’d like to use in your planning.
You should complete your planner spreadsheet as soon as you have your reservations booked (60 days in advance if you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel or 30 days in advance if you are NOT staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel). By then, you should also have your flight information, and Advanced Dining Reservations made as well.
