I personally do not think Elex 3 will be made by 2025 realistically it will be more between 2026-2028 - It will be good if they can utilise more creative environments as well as the standard environments they have showcased in Elex 2.

Elex 2 got 150k from UE, which was suppose to be 9% percent of game budget, so whole game budget was suppose to be ~1.5kk. If "Elex 3" gets ~3kk investment, which is less than half of the planned costs, it would mean they expect "Elex 3" to cost 4 times more than they expected Elex 2 to cost.
