Jan 14, 2021 · Property tax increase limits. Provides that for each calendar year beginning after December 31, 2021, an annual adjustment of the assessed value of certain real property must not exceed the lesser of: (1) an amount equal to the percentage change in the consumer price index for the prior calendar year; or (2) an amount equal to 3% over the assessed value of the real property for the prior tax year.
