On top of that, there are a lot of musicians who stream on Twitch stuff like "Piano covers" or whatever. a cover song should be considered fair use, if I recall, but even that could be flagged. The problem isn't really Twitch itself, it's the RIAA and other groups who won't let go of these archaic and heavy handed laws.
