  1. ADMIN MOD. Wolfenstein: The New Order puts nearly every modern FPS to shame. So a few months ago I posted a review here for Wolfenstein 2009, which I had just beaten. That game was amazing, so much so that I decided to buy every other game in the franchise. So next on my list was the modern semi-reboot of the series, The New Order.

  2. A gaming sub free from the news, hype and drama that surround current releases, catering instead to gamers who wait at least 12 months after release to play a game. Whether it's price, waiting for bugs/issues to be patched, DLC to be released, don't meet the system requirements, or just haven't had the time to keep up with the latest releases.

  3. I didn't feel any urgency to unlock new powers and progress through the skills tree. In Skyrim, I couldn't wait to unlock new abilities or upgrade current ones. I never felt immersed in Second Son. I felt like I was disengaged from the game's environment, like Seattle was just a model for me to float around in and observe.

  4. Wolfenstein The New Order was the best game of 2014. The guns were satisfying to use. It was a stupid, fun, first person shooter. But the most amazing thing is that despite all this, it has a thrilling, engaging story. Easily one of the best stories of last year in gaming. Great game, cannot wait for a sequel.

  6. New order or something, old blood, then the other good one. Reply reply More repliesMore replies. MrGreytheIXth. •. Absolutely worth it. Great alt history story, decent skill system, easy plat (if you're into that sort of thing). If you like Doom, Bulletstorm, and Rage you'll like this game. Reply reply.

  8. Then there's the other Splash Damage game, which tried to copy Wolfenstein Enemy Territory's principles and make it more modern, but fail at pretty much every level. Developpers are probably cautious about the franchise and its gameplay now, especially 2009's wolfenstein was a failure sales-wise.
