Jan 7, 2009 · Yumeta Company was renamed to TYO Animations in 2009, at the same time absorbing Hal Film Maker.
Aug 1, 2024 · Acquired by TYO Co., Ltd. in 2005, it absorbed and merged Hal film maker. After the acquisition, the name was also changed to TYO Animation. We are integrating the distributed business and assets of Yumeta Company and Hal Film Maker to reduce costs, plan, and strengthen our capabilities.
