May 24, 2003 · Athabasca University has the least generous credit transfer policy I have ever seen. * All courses less than 3 semester-hours (which means most courses from colleges on a quarter system) were awarded 0 credits , with the notation "Not enough hours" -- even if there were other courses from the same institution.
