The only time you would get a different tracking number after it was mailed is if there is a customs charge on it because that’s how they flagged it in the system to ensure the fees are logged

Know the date you sent it, the exact amount of your bill (check your bank or CC statement), the postal code it was sent to, and your small business number (the number, not the phone number). If there was more than one cashier terminal, try to remember which one you were served on.
Feb 6, 2022 · But the tracking number can’t be found by Canada post… I contacted the seller who insists the item was shipped. I trust them as I know the sellers personally and have been using them for years with no issues.
Jun 16, 2020 · Just curious to know what the beginning letters of an Xpresspost tracking label mean. The format is usually (ex.) : AA000000000AA I know the last two letters are the originating country (country from where it is sent -- so within Canada would be CA)....

Jul 2, 2020 · Multiple PIN (Package Identification Number) means that the exact same tracking number had been previously used for a different parcel, and had not been deleted from their system yet. However, Canada Post can take your information and add you to a mailing list that will send you an email update any time there is a new scan/update performed on the package.

Sep 27, 2022 · Canada Post seems to be dodging any accountability here whereas: 1) one of their employees collected the package without confirming any of the necessary information to complete the order and 2) the information that was apparently mandatory to complete the delivery was never provided. Any help/recommendations would be much appreciated.
Dec 20, 2021 · When I go to put these 2 tracking numbers into my app to track, it says the item is not found. I’ve tried again on the website to get the same result, and the website just tells me that the tracking number doesn’t exist. I literally have the receipt in hand and am putting in the number exactly as it’s printed into my app/website.
