Jul 7, 2017 · I was thinking about getting the Comwave 150 Internet. I was wondering if any of you have comwave service already and how do you find their service. Is it more or less reliable and provide the promised speeds. How good is the Wi-Fi modem that they provide and how easy is it to get help if there are any technical issues.
Sep 30, 2009 · I have been a Comwave customer for close to 3 years now and have not had any major issues until a few days ago. I called customer service last week, on Oct. 28, 2009 to cancel my service. I was told that I could not cancel with them, and that someone from your cancellation department would call me in 2-3 business days.
Mar 16, 2015 · We've been with comwave a month now, had to make a couple of calls and aside from calling within their Customer service hours of operation, have had no.problem getting a live agent, originally started off with TV and internet, hated tv package so cancelled tv service, returned box for small $11 dollar postal fee. no cancellation fee, internet is unlimited 75 speed,
May 15, 2019 · When I returned their internet box, they said that they didn't receive it. When I confronted them with a signed receipt by a Comwave employee obtained by Canada Post, they decided "as a Goodwill gesture" to waive the non-return fee. Let's not get started on their phone plan Emergency 911 fee of currently $2.95 per month plus tax.

Oct 16, 2020 · Comwave said that my dad called 3 months and 2 weeks after the initial inquiry and can't cancel without a fee. They said they tried calling back after my dad tried to cancel but could not reach us. We have no records of them calling or leaving a message.

Nov 8, 2023 · Well lets see how the story continues: it is now a cold January 2 2020 and my struggle with Comwave continues. Dec 15 brings new tidings from Comwave they want $100.00 for my Nov 1 to Dec 30 subscription or so the email says. Its obvious they don't read these reviews or they would have know I quick their service, back in Oct 2019.
