Aug 5, 2024 · The Easyjet flight sback on 3rd and 4th August were to Gatwick and they were sold out. We were offered Manchester or Glasgow after 10pm on 2nd August, but that meant we would not be able to get back to our car at Luton airport parking. We were told to use the app, but that only lets you rebook Easyjet flights and they were sold out.
Aug 3, 2024 · Easyjet should have rerouted you: arranged flights as soon as possible after the cancelled flight, if necessary on another airline. If you could not contact them to ask them to book flights for you, you should have done what you did: booked your own flights home and kept the receipts. Easyjet should now reimburse the full costs of your new flights.
Aug 13, 2024 · easyJet are a point to point airline and do not sell connecting flights. You would have to book the flights separately, and there'd be no protection in the event of a problem with the first leg. There are some Online Travel Agents that will sell you this alongside a "guarantee" or "protection" on the connection.

Mar 15, 2024 · the 'charges' for cancelling an EasyJet flight are applicable for cancellation for refund within 24 hours of booking Have a read of section 3 of the terms and conditions...you can also claim a refund of the APD (EasyJet do not take a fee for this)
Jul 23, 2024 · Easyjet cancelled multiple flights on the day I was due to travel (June 29), including mine. The only Easyjet person in the whole of the terminal was a young guy who was handing out leaflets written in French - and getting snippy with anyone who asked advice. There was very little wifi in the terminal - and anyway the Easyjet app kept crashing.
Jun 2, 2020 · I called easyJet customer services, requested refund on government tax for flights I didn't take, gave them my booking reference & passenger name and they obliged. I think I'm getting £3 back ha, better than paying out £30+ in cancellation though?
Apr 12, 2024 · Easyjet refunded me in full for the re-routed British Airways flights. They also paid the expenses for meals we had at Belfast International the evening the flight was cancelled, taxi transfers to Belfast City Airport for our re-routed flight.

Mar 5, 2024 · I wouldnt risk leaving the seat allocation to Easyjet at the point of check in as they may assign both seats in separate rows. This wouldn't necessarily work. If you buy two seats as "John Smith" and only one "John Smith" turns up and boards then they could allocate that seat to someone else.
