I've gotten a few good deals on gamersgate, have had no issues, and I like that their user reviews only come from people who have bought the game. I've recently started using them and I'm pleased so far. It's almost as good as GOG in terms of straightforwardness.

Needless to say, I won't be buying anymore. Edit, I have never once used a proxy or anything, and the latest purchase I made that caused the account to be blocked ...
I've bought a few 'Screed games off of Gamersgate and Far Cry 4 Gold from EA Origin. Every single time the key redeemed on Uplay was the standard edition. It took a week back and forth with Ubi support and me sending in multiple screenshots and receipts to get the issue resolved.
Gamersgate is legitimate. They don't screw over people by stealing credit cards or charge for game key insurance. And they don't seem to take advantage of poorer regions and charity bundles either. They're as legitimate as any other authorized site. Cdkeys is not legitimate. They may not be as bad as G2A or Kinguin, and they work a bit different.

Jan 4, 2024 · But compared to Humble Bundle or Fanatical, GamersGate is a problematic store that your 1st purchase or long time overdue purchases always go under their MANUAL Review Procedure so they make you wait for the game until they say you're OK customer to shop from them. So far I've seen only 2 stores doing that so not advising them at all.

Dec 23, 2015 · Gamersgate not giving code. This all started a couple days ago, 12/21/2015. I saw that Gamersgate had New Vegas Ultimate and 3 GOTY on sale for a reasonable price. So, I would obviously snatch them up to play through again, especially now on PC. I make an account, fill my cart, and go about my merry way to check out. No problem so far, then, BAM!
