Dec 24, 2011 · Sometimes my Jacqui Lawson Advent calendar won't open. The large icon flashes off the right edge of the screen and back when I click on the small icon along the bottom of the screen. The large icon usually parks in the blank area of the desktop What gives? I have updated Firefox, and then the calendar worked again.

Dec 12, 2022 · To open an elevated Command Prompt. click Start, type cmd. exe. When the search results are shown, right-click the cmd.exe entry and choose Run as administrator. And, regarding the driver backup, you can copy the REG file and the C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\PxHlpa64.sys file (which has been renamed to PxHlpa64.sys.old) to your USB drive.
Oct 17, 2019 · I'll try and help you solve this problem. This can often be fixed by un-pinning and then re-pinning the icons which aren't appearing correctly. Firstly right-click on one of the problem icons and choose "unpin from Start" - the blank icon should completely disappear.
Jan 30, 2020 · Hover your mouse over the right hand side of the screen, after a short delay you should see a menu expand, press the Start button from this menu. In the apps screen, click the down arrow to view All Apps. Scroll right until you see the System category, click on Control Panel. OR. Press the Windows and R keys together.
