Aug 16, 2024 · Outlook is Office365 running new Outlook so all is automatically up to date. MacOS is current also. The issue IS new Outlook....MS wanting me to transition back to Legacy Outlook, but can guarantee integrity of my folders so this is a non-option. Will be on the phone again w MS Support for help to see what new options they might offer.

Here's a screenshot of my inbox right now: The online version displays the new Outlook, but the inbox list looks more like how I used to have it and want it back, see it is more spaced out between each row.
How can we prevent the horrid New Outlook being forced on us until it is as robust and productive as the Legacy Outlook? 7/3/24 UPDATE Important! : It's been discovered New Outlook doesn't let you hover over a link to see the URL at the bottom of the screen to help figure out if a link is truly from the sender or part of a phishing attempt!

Oct 9, 2024 · What worked for me was deleting the new Outlook's executable ("olk.exe") from "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.OutlookForWindows". Once it's gone, it can't forcibly launch anymore when you open Windows Mail.
