Open IE 11 > Tools > Internet options > General tab at the top > at Home page heading, erase whatever is in the box and type www.google.ca > OK when done. My Computer.
Jun 26, 2022 · First post to Forum. I am not much of a tech, and I can't resolve this problem. In the past two weeks, I have begun to receive emails sent to my Yahoo and AOL accounts that are gibberish (example shown). I am not using Outlook but the Win10 email client. Not sure why this happens or how to correct it. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks, Paul.
Feb 23, 2017 · As I said the version of Edge in version 1607, OS build 14393.693 works with Yahoo Mail. If you have a different version/build you could try turning off 'Use Microsoft Compatibility List'. To do this you need to get to Edge's Developer settings. Type about:flags in its address box.
Nov 1, 2016 · I do have two-step/two-factor authentication on my Yahoo a/c. However, it provides only a ON/OFF toggle for "Allow apps that use less secure signature". There is no "Manage App Password" as mentioned in "Yahoo User Forum". I was tempted to change my Yahoo a/c Password by "Copy & Pasting" the one incorporated in "Mail" App.
Apr 30, 2023 · When Yahoo mail shows the "No Internet Connection" popup box click on anything else in the Yahoo controls under the address bar. "Home", "News", etc. That will force a re-connection to the Yahoo servers. Then click on "Mail" to go back to email.

Apr 25, 2022 · Yahoo mail suddenly in Spanish. I just tried to login to Yahoo mail via my laptop. Much to my surprise, I encountered a window block in Spanish asking for authorization to do something--but since I don't speak Spanish, I can't read it, and can't change it back because I can't get to settings. Same thing if I try to reach the main site.

Mar 24, 2016 · Will it keep my yahoo mail always open or it will still ask for my yahoo mail password because I do not want to keep my mail open. The suggestion given to you is on using the Mail app that comes with Windows 10. Once you have added the email account to the Mail app, the account will open to Inbox automatically. No password required.

I try to add my Yahoo email server to Edge and it gets stuck at the function "Sinchronizing"; it goes no further. If I remove it and try again, the same thing happens again and again. Gmail, instead, was correctly added the first time. Thanks for any help. aca.
