Jul 9, 2024 · Hi , we ran into an issue with a couple of users using (The new outlook) where they need to manually click on View>Sync to see the new incoming emails OR they need to search for the email Item to see it, after the manual syncing the email shows in their inbox. We checked their filter, it is set to All>Sort by Date> Newest on the Top.
