May 24, 2021 · Had this issue for qtrade browser, was able to resolve it by logging in via Incognito mode (chrome) or private browsing (safari). Ensure you are logged in at only one place at one time. Do not try to use app, iq edge and or website together. It will do that. 11 votes, 12 comments.
Mar 19, 2022 · It works eventually, but the fact remains that Questrade's website is an example of all the worst practices of software engineering. Had the same issue - blank page after entering login/pw. Didn't work with Chrome but I was able to login with Firefox. Still waited like 5 min until page loaded.

Feb 9, 2021 · I am trying to login to my account on my laptop using Questrade Edge. Once I login the window minimizes and the layout screen no longer appears. When I login using another account, I am able to view my account on Edge. I am running the platform on my Windows 10 laptop. It looks like it has to do something with my account on this laptop.
Questrade is not for traders per se,but investors. 8 minutes does not make a difference in my long term strategy. If you require near real time precision you chose wrong platform. It's not their fault, read the terms.

Jan 11, 2016 · At first it gave me log in screen and that it says experiencing technical difficulties and closes. Right now it's just saying please wait with no login screen. Apr 26, 2023 · In Hawaii - logged in this morning no problem, Yes, you can. I set up my qt account from outside Canada (I am Canadian though) a couple of years ago, and have been paying in/using it from outside Canada that whole time. u/John-TeamQuestrade hope you can give some advise on this.
