Dec 13, 2015 · Sunwing rep in St. Maarten was very sweet but didn't know a * thing about anything. She had to refer to her supervisor for EVERYTHING. When I asked to speak to the supervisor directly, she wouldn't even come out of her office to meet with me, but spoke to me on the phone and was INCREDIBLY condescending.

Apr 2, 2017 · I booked a package vacation leaving Toronto @ 6:30am and returning a week later @ 3:35pm. This flight cost a bit more than Sunwings other flight on the same day.
Sunwing's computers were down at the terminal and we had to wait close to an hour but the check-in clerk was courteous and professional. This trip was a completely different experience from our December 24th experience.
As well, our resort booking meant that they could bump us to another sister hotel. It was for 2 nights but all of our friends that flew the day before were at the other hotel. No Sunwing rep as he was late the first day and we wouldn't wait for him to show up. Hotel said it as Sunwing's fault and Sunwing said it was the hotels fault.
