Dec 21, 2015 · FYI we couldn't get any of the Scotiabank ATM's in Peru to withdraw cash while we were there this summer. Tried Tangerine, TD, Scotiabank, and RBC cards at several different branches in different cities. Called Tangerine to complain, they refunded their $2 fee for using another ATM but wouldn't refund the $5+ the ATM charged us.
