Aug 20, 2024 · After that I tried to login to my Virgin Media email by using the the gmail email address and then use the "forgot my password" to enable me to get a new password to sign in with. The system replied with the request for e new password by saying it had sent a link to change my password to my login email address, if such an account exists.
Re: Just realised I have been paying 2 monthly payments for over a year!! I am having the same issue, had a virgin mobile contract and only part got moved onto O2. Spoke to Virgin who say my account details don’t exist and that means I can’t log into my account to check any details. yesterday.
Apr 19, 2022 · Unfortunately, the ntlworld email addresses are tied to active Virgin Media accounts. As per the T+C's if you disconnect from us, the email account can terminate and close anytime from 90 days onwards from the date of disconnection - there's no option to pay for them as a seperate service without our cable services.
Sep 19, 2023 · We have now signed up with Vodaphone, landline is actually included free as it uses the internet same as our current virgin phone, our road is now fully upgraded by Open link with speeds up to 900Mb available, I have selected 200Mb Full fibre to the house @£33 a month plus anytime calling £8,so £41 per month for 2 years, we already have Vodaphone mobile.
