I am not sure I would spend 2 nights at Niagara Falls, I found the whole place depressing it was so over commercialised, I was happy to see it all in one day on the daily Amtrak service that leaves Toronto at 0820 and returns at 1745 taking 2 hours for the journey.

Does it mean I can get off the train at a station in the middle of the journey and then get back on a later train to complete my journey? Hypothetical situation: train from Manchester to London via Birmingham.

Aug 25, 2021 · 26 August 2021 at 7:13AM. It depends whether 'break of journey' is allowed and you can check that from the restriction code printed on the ticket. On most tickets (but not necessarily advance ones) you can break your outward and return journey at any point along the route and rejoin at the same or a later station.
