Feb 23, 2021 · Since you are facing the issue using the Camera app on Windows we can discard a issue from Teams. On Team Settings you can choose only the Source of the camera. I would suggest you to look for the Dell support and check for driver updates to the webcam for this notebook. Hope it helps. Best Regards.
