The G-Men are presumably a major faction of the Amazon Prime Video series Gen V, a spin-off of The Boys.
Founded by John Godolkin or, presumably, his kin, the G-Men were most likely active alongside Payback in the 1980s. Like most superhero teams, the G-Men were funded and managed by Vought-American. Unlike Payback, which disbanded after the fabricated death of Soldier Boy, the G-Men continued to remain active.
