You will learn some day,you will never fly with them again. CBC had to get involved in order get some satisfaction, don't go down that road, boycott this airline terrible.

Sunwing has the worst reputation , their planes are almost always delayed, the staff are not friendly and the planes are old. So what they give you a glass of cheap champagne, come on Sunwing, stand up and be accountable to your bread and butter
Oct 31, 2018 · I booked a package vacation leaving Toronto @ 6:30am and returning a week later @ 3:35pm. This flight cost a bit more than Sunwings other flight on the same day.

Dec 13, 2015 · Like everyone else on this forum, 8 days before departure Sunwing advised us that our non stop flight from Edmonton to Montego Bay is now stopping in Regina for 1.5 hours. Had we known in advance that there was a layover, we would've booked with another airline.
As well, our resort booking meant that they could bump us to another sister hotel. It was for 2 nights but all of our friends that flew the day before were at the other hotel. No Sunwing rep as he was late the first day and we wouldn't wait for him to show up. Hotel said it as Sunwing's fault and Sunwing said it was the hotels fault.
Mar 10, 2017 · fly with sunwing to Cuba from Montreal in june. It's my second time ( didn't like them the first time but give them another chance and what a mistake ) and NEVER again. We book for a direct fly and guess what happens: they fly us to Jamaica first before droppind us at Cuba. So a fly of 3h30 became 6h00.
Apr 5, 2017 · A Sunwing employee stole my sons really expensive jacket and admitted it as we were leaving to get back to Canada. 18 months later and sunwing will not even respond to my concerns. Not a call. Not a email. 100% ignored.
It seems Sunwing is unable to fly on schedule. It seems Sunwing is unable to land the plane smoothly. I am sure there is damage being done on these extreme rough landings. Obviously there is airframe or other damage being done on these rough landings so it is becoming an UNSAFE airline. Guest : If you can avoid Sunwing, it is best to do so.
