May 5, 2024 · Tengo Windows 10 y la versión actualizada de Garmin express versión 7.21.00. Iba actualizar mi Edge 820, pero no pude porque no puedo ingresar al Garmin express ¿Hay alguna solución? Ya reinicie el computador, el internet se reinicia y están conectados por cable para mayor velocidad y aún así no sirve.

Mar 23, 2024 · I am running a ASUS laptop with Windows 11.. I have tried opening Garmin Express as administrator and also have opened Edge as administrator. Yesterday the Express software updated to 7.20.3.0. The problem persists.

When you add a device to Garmin Express you can decide which user account to associate it with. A user account associated with a device can be changed later as well. I have one windows computer, one instance of Garmin Express, and multiple garmin devices added to Garmin Express, each one associated to a separate user account.
I have two laptops, one is an older Win 10 machine, and I have a new Win 11 machine. The Win 10 machine works fine with Garmin Express. Garmin Express will not launch on the new Win 11 machine. Everything else works fine on the new Win 11 machine. GE downloads and installs fine. When I try try to launch GE nothing happens.
I have Garmin WebUpdater, MapInstall, Garmin Express and Basecamp installed on my Windows 10 computer. I forget what WebUpdater & MapInstall do, and I haven't use them in a very long time. As suggested by Krzemien, I checked some of the logs found here C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Logs\Express. There is lots of data contained in the files.
