Open a quiz in Google Forms. In the top right, click Send. Add the email addresses you want to send the form to, along with the email subject and message. To include the quiz in the email, select Include form in email. Note: This option isn't available if your quiz includes a file upload question. Click Send.
This is a key indicator that, for safety reasons, users are required to sign into a Google account so they can upload files. Note that because Shared Drives use a different sharing permissions structure, uploading files through a Form on a Shared Drive is not possible, and the File Upload option will be disabled (greyed out) if the Form is saved in a "Shared Drive" rather than to " My Drive ".
When you fill out a Google Form in your Google account, your progress is automatically saved as a draft for 30 days. This means if you can't complete a form or need to switch devices, you don’t have to start over the next time you open the form. Important: If you’re offline, autosave doesn’t work.
If your company is using a single sign-on (SSO) service with your Google account, then signing in to your account from admin.google.com sends you to a second sign-in page. From here, you sign in to your Admin console and other programs or services your company has set up with SSO at the same time.
