It is counterintuitive because you are not actually setting up a new account. But once you click to add a new account you can choose to sign in with your Microsoft account in the Launcher. Once you do that, it will automatically use the Microsoft account to log you in from the Launcher.

Aug 12, 2024 · Every-time I attempt to log in with my Microsoft accout it claims to have logged me in, but when I look at my switch it’s still asking me to log in. I’ve tried using different email addresses, changing my password, starting my game over, but nothing has been working.
