the website constantly logs me out and when i try to log back in, it says "cant connect to the server" followed by a code, something like " 18.df4f4317.1700028389.2c52012" which changes every time. i talked to PS support and they said that they have been having issues for the last few days but it should be fixed in the next 1-2 days. here we are 2 weeks later and still have this issue.
Go to your profile on PS5, then choose Games and it will show you how many hours played for each game. This post is about the PS App showing the hours spent though. The app doesn't show hours spent on all games, so you can only view these number on the console. If the app does then I will reply how to check on the app.

You know it's funny is today PlayStation support was supposed to be open but funny thing is they're closed on Mondays and on top of it you can't get a refund through the support page honestly I'm not surprised that microsoft/xbox is actually doing better than PlayStation is. I just didn't have the money to buy a PS on top of everything else until now and always bought an Xbox because I'm a big Halo fan. I created a Playstation ID and everything online, but it has never been signed into a console. I decided towards the end of last gen that I really wanted to try Playstation so I patiently waited for the PS5.
