If you qualify for sickness benefits, you'll need to submit regular reports in order to keep being paid. You'll have to do this for the entire length of your sick leave. Nov 14, 2003 · When you registered for babys birth certificate I'm pretty sure that information carries forward as they request your social and I'm pretty sureconce you recieve "baby bonus" the payments appear online on your service canada account (not 100% just assuming because that would make sense) so technically you already have informed them.
