Oct 2, 2021 · Unable to log on to TD Canada Trust Easyweb or Edward Jones accounts. Safari 15.0 and Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7 on Mac 27-inch late 2013. I can still log in on iPad or iPhone or Win10 PC.
Dec 29, 2017 · Both TD easyweb and TD DI (webbroker) were down most of the afternoon. It was not good. Many people in the investing forum could not trade. Not good for a bank to have outage like that. That's why everyone should deal with more than one bank.

Jul 24, 2013 · Call their customer service number. That be ridiculous if you can't get online banking with TD of you're under 18. Their online banking is really bad though... You have to be registered by the bank for the first time so either call in or go to the branch. Unless it's a new rule, it's probably just an online regulation.
