Nice scenery but this movie is more than two hours of boredom with maybe the saddest chase scenes I've ever seen. Woody Harrelson and Kevin Costner have little chemistry. Woody plays a cranky old man who complains about the changing times.

Apr 19, 2019 · Taking away the previously established context, “The Highwaymen” is just a substandard police drama. To my surprise, “The Highwaymen” actually features a couple of good action scenes. The offroad car chase with sand flying everywhere was reminiscent of “Mad Max: Fury Road.”
