  4. Most gasoline in Sumas WA, or Lynden WA comes form the same refineries as the lower mainland. Washington State has gas taxes too. Translink in Vancouver and they put a tax (page 5) on gas of 18.5 cents. Abbotsford uses BC Transit which does not put a tax on gas unless you live in Victoria as far as I can find.
