Jun 28, 2024 · Hello, I received two Sephora gift cards for my birthday recently, one digital and one physical. I added both to my app and tried to place an order. It failed, and inputting the info again for the cards now show I have a $0 balance.
To check the balance call 855-606-3494. The funds on these gift cards do not expire, but if the valid thru date on the gift card has passed, call 855-606-3494 for a replacement card mailed at no cost. Happy Cards cannot be reloaded. Happy Cards cannot be used for ATM cash withdrawal.
