The lyrics are about a girl Bachman saw at a party who went into a coma after dropping acid. Bachman wrote this after learning some chords from Canadian Jazz guitarist Lenny Breau. Bachman has said this is his favorite Guess Who song. This was released as the B-side of "Laughing."
