If you want to start season 4 first (because of Believix) I'd say watch it after episode 6 and before episode 24 (don't look up why, spoilers). I'd say watch it between episode 13 and 14 as it is somewhat of a mid-season finale and episode 14 is somewhat of a filter episode.

When should Magical Adventure be watched? At the beginning, we can see that Sparks (Domino) has already been brought back to life. Meaning, it is after The Secret of the Lost Kingdom. Later we can see that the Winx are back at Alfea as alumni on the first day of school. Then, we see the Winx transform into Believix fairies.

I'm currently watching through Winx Club in my native language (Brazilian Portuguese), and after watching through season 4, I decided to tackle Magical Adventure. However, I just couldn't find the movie dubbed in portuguese (aside from European Portuguese).
