   • Not buying from this company anymore. Called numerous times, 34 days later had to have an investigation done on my package to find out it was sent to the wrong house cuz usps couldn’t read what they wrote on the package.
   • Agent (Anne) was courteous. Agent (Anne) was courteous but could not directly answer my question as to when I would get a shipping tracking #. She did offer to check with the shipping dept and get back to me but I would have thought this is omething she should have known.
   • i was just inquiring about the co. and the person in the chat room was very kind and helpful. but since then i have been looking at reviews and am worried about how many people were saying how bad the service was after ordering and not getting products etc.
