OKAZU Chili Miso, to taste. chilli flakes, to taste. FOR THE HOT OIL: 2 1/2 tablespoons oil. pepper flakes. Garnish with: Minced garlic. Chopped scallion.
This stall (very under the radar) situated in a tiny kopitiam with only 5 stalls. I would not call this bakchor mee (minced meat noodle). A good mix of minced pork, sliced pork, fishball, meatball and crispy beancurd skin. Broth that was clear and light. Noodles perhaps slightly overdone.
