Mimosa Pudica. I have this Mimosa pudica that i have raised from seed. Here they call it "Don´t touch me" because the way it fold its leaves and even small branches as it is physically touched (or misted), quite funny to see. Anyway, it have now become over half a meter high and are showing its first flowers.
Mimosa pudica is not known to contain DMT as far as I know, but there are low amounts of 5-MeO-DMT in stem and leaf after the first year.

Jan 15, 2023 · I would suggest you test your Mimosa pudica leaves beforehand using TLC (thin layer chromatography) and test reagents such as Mecke and Mandelin. Make an extract if you find a positive presumptive test. I'd not recommending drinking a Mimosa pudica brew because it can contain the toxic amino acid mimosine.
