The seventh one was Balram, because Rama promised Lakshmana to be his younger brother in his next incarnation. That's why he is 8th son of Devaki. Devakī reminds how Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma retrieved the dead son of their preceptor. She asked that she also wants to see her dead sons. Both of them go to Sutala loka to bring back the dead sons.
