May 21, 2024 · It seems BBC Scotland will be using their own commentators, which is at odds with Euro 2020 but does represent a mellowing of the BBC's attitude from last time which I think is good. On the other hand, it does reinforce the very English-centric coverage of tournaments - the fact that BBC Scotland has to "opt-out" rather than Liam McLeod and Neil McCann being on the network coverage.

Tomorrow will be interesting - Radio WM has commentary on Portsmouth v West Bromwich Albion from the Championship at 3pm and Wolves v Newcastle United from the Premier League at 4.30pm.

Nov 11, 2023 · BBC Radio WM Sport went out between 2-6pm, although despite it being an afternoon of non-league football, for some reason Radio WM's BBC Sounds feed carried Squad Goals from 2.55-5pm. What's more, Radio WM's Solihull Moors v Maidenhead United commentary wasn't made available on the BBC Sport website and app's non-league commentaries page.
