Alternately, you can sign up online, or call 1-800-774-2678 to speak with our Member Services over the phone. We believe it’s important that you have options, and there are different types of memberships to choose from.
Renewing your membership online is as simple as signing in and heading to Renew Membership in your Costco.com Account. To keep things nice and easy, our members likewise have the option to Auto Renew using any Visa® credit card. Please keep in mind that active memberships can only be renewed within 90 days prior to the expiration date.
Costco members can make several changes to their membership online, such as: Renew the membership. Upgrade to an Executive Membership. Add or change a Household cardholder. Update the address, phone number and email. Change communication preferences. Add an Account Manager.
