Oct 30, 2018 · I purchased a new Surface and downloaded Office from Office 365 website. I had Office 2016 on my old device, but now only Office 2019 is available for download. Outlook 2019 is not compatible with my version of Exchange 2010, so I need Outlook 2016. Where can I download the Outlook 2016 installer? or even the entire Office 2016 installer?

Dec 3, 2022 · Try looking at the upper right of the new version and see if it says "Try the new Outlook", if it does make sure that it is turned OFF. I did this and it then gave me the old interface which allowed me to have non-Outlook accounts etc. Hopefully this will work for all struggling with the new version which simply no longer allows much to work.
